KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Whereas,at Washington,in the County aforesaid

on the 16th day of April A.D.19 62,before me,
Josephine M.Douglas ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,III the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Edward Leach,Sr.,
late of the Borough of New Eagle in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Edward Leach Jr.,
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Edward Leach Jr.,
committing unto him the adininistration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of sai~administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

EDWARD LEACH,S R.
I,Edward Leach,Sr.,a resident of the Borough of New Eagle,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby will and devise all my carpenter tools and
other tools belonging to me to my son,Edward Leach absolutely.
ITEM III.I hereby direct my Executor to sell my home and real
estate situate in the Borough of New Eagle,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania as soon as is convenient after my death,either at a public or a
private sale,without the purchaser thereof being responsible for the
application of the proceeds of the sale.
ITEM IV.I hereby will and devise the proceeds received from
such sale and all the rest and residue of my estate to the following
persons absolutely:
(a)To my beloved wife,Marie,a one-third share,in
the event that she survives me;otherwise to my seven children in equal
shares.
(b)In the event that 'my wife survives me,the remain-
ing two-thirds of my estate I devise to my following seven children:
George Leach,Margaret Leach,Mildred Mountain,~enevieve Louttit,
.,.
Thomas Leach,Edward Leach,and Theresa crookham.In the e vent that
any of my children named above should predecease me,then it is my
desire that their issue should take per stirpes.
ITEM V.I hereby mominate and appoint my son,Edward Leach,Jr.,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament who shall not be required
to post bond or security in any jurisdiction.
