Estate of Willard H.Long -Account No.101-150
We are returning herewith the two copies of the Decree received this
morning intended for ourselves and Attorney Newlon.
In filing our Statement of Debts and Deductions we omitted an item in
the amount of $10,848.22,being one-half of the mortgage held by Mt.
Lebanon Federal Savings and Loan on the jointly owned residence prop-
erty listed in our RCC-33 with a balance owing at date of death in the
total amount of $21,696.44.As per our phone conversation,we will
appreciate your allowing this additional deduction and adjusting the
amount of tax and balances awarded in the Decree.We apologize for
our negligence.
