PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE
FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW comes William A.White and Fred White,
PetitiDners,and represent to your Honorable Court as follows:
1.William A.White and Fred White are adult indivi-
duals who reside in Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.On June 2,1968 Alvin Crumrine White died
intestate domiciled at 1520 Jefferson Avenue,Washington,
.Washington County,Pennsylvania.No letters testamentary or of
administration have been granted.A copy of the death certifi-
cate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
3.The gross value of the decedent's estate,exclu-
sive of real estate and of wages,salaries,or accrued pensions
payable under Section 201 of the Fiduciaries·Act of 1949,as
amended,does not exceed $5,000.00.The items of personal
property in the estate of decedent are as follows:
(a)Cash in a·~hecking account No.1572699-1 at
Western Pennsylvania National Bank,.Washington Office,
in the amount of $449.89.
(bt 1955 Buick sedan ,title
amount of $75.00.
(c)Travelers Che~ues,six
each totalling S60.00 ..4.6ecedent dIed unmarrled
No.EI0691313 in the

having previously been
divorced from his wife,who has custody of a minor child,Alvin
D.White.

5.The following expenses and debts of the estate
are admitted and are entitled to preference:
Hummell Funeral Home $1,048.00
There are no other creditors of the estate.The joinder of the
creditor is attached hereto as Exhibit ""B".
6.The consent to the proposed distribution of the
agent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the collection of
transfer inheritance taxes is attached as Exhibit "C".
7.No disbursements have been made to the estate
prior to the filing of this Petition.
8.Alvin Crumrine White held as trustee cash in the
amount of $1,065.55 on deposit in the Western pennsylvania
National Bank Washington Office in Savings Account No.W01202

which said fund was for the benefit of the minor child,Alvin D.
White.
WHEREFORE,Petitioners request the Court,pursuant to
Section 202 of the Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,
20 P.S.Section 320.202,
(a)To direct distribution of the decedent's estate
to the following persons:
Frank A.Conte,Esq.,Attorney's Fees
Hummell Funeral Home

$584.89
(b)Amounts on deposit in the savings account No.
W01202 at Western Pennsylvania National Bank to be paid to
Western Pennsylvania Natinnal Bank in trust for minor child,
Alvin D.Wbite.

order.
