PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of John Oliver,surviving spouse of
Angeline Mazza Oliver,deceased,respectfully represents:
1 ..The decedent,Angeline Mazza Oliver resided with
her husband,your Petitioner,at 702 R~gent Street,Houston,
Chartiers Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the time
of her death.
2.Angeline Mazza Oliver died on June 30,1964 at
All~gheny General Hospital,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania at the age
of fifty-three (53)years.
3.The decedent died intestate,and her entire
estate at the time of her death consisted of the following:
(a)Fifty (50)shares of the Common Stock of
Canadian Marconi Company (Certificate No.D6369l

(b)Eleven (11)shares of the Common Stock
of the Seeburg Corporation (Successors to

of Fort Pitt Brewing Company (now the Seeburg

4.:No children were born of this marriage and your
Petitioner,John Oliver,surviving spouse,is the only person
entitled to share in the distribution of the decedent's Estate
by virtue of the family exemption of $1,000 and the spouse's
allowance in the amount of $10,000.Your Petitioner still resides
at 702 Regent Street,Houston,Chartiers Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
5.Your Petitioner has paid from his own funds in order
to maintain the assets in kind the following creditors of the
decedent,being all of the claims against the Estate of the
Decedent,Angeline Mazza Oliver:

6.There is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A,
an appraisement made and sworn to by two adult persons familiar
with the value of the stock involved in this Estate.
7.In addition to the $1,500.00 in expenses as set
forth in Paragraph Five herein,your Petitioner has claimed
$1,000.00 as his family exemption out of the aforesaid shares of
stock listed in Paragraph Three above,the aforesaid expenses plus
the exemption being in the amount of $2,500.00 exceeds the value
of the Estate,which is in the amount of $1,955.00 and no
inheritance tax is due or payable on the foregoing Estate.
8.This Petition for Settlement is made pursuant to
the provisions of Article II,Section 202 of the Fiduciary's Act
of 1949 as amended,20 P.S.Section 320 •.202,decedent having
died domiciled in Washington County,Pennsylvania and her estate
not exceeding in_gross value the sum of $2,500.00
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a decree of distribution directing distribution of the
aforesaid shares of stock to your Petitioner,John Oliver,the
surviving spouse,without further notice or with such notice that
your Honorable Court may deem necessary.
