RESCISSION OF ELECTION TO TAKE AGAINST
THE WILL
The undersign~d~Angela Conforti Guglielmo,widow of
Serafino Guglielmo,deceased,does hereby revoke,rescind and
cancel the election to take against the Will of said decedent
dated July 22,1963 and the und~rsigned does hereby elect to
take under the Will of said decedent and in accordance therewith.
The undersigned does further remise,'~elease,quitclaim and dis-
charge the said Estate of Serafino Guglielmo and the personal
representatives,heirs and legateesthereof,of and from any and
all claims,demands or causes of action against said estate or
of any interest therein or thereto.
