she dies before I do,then I give,devise and bequeath

shares of stock to the children of Bertha Bernardine,

(c)To the children of my deceased son,Alphonse
Albert,one hundred seventy (170)shares,to be divided
equally among them.

tenants by the entireties,my farm situate in Chartiers Township ,I
Washington County ,Pennsylvania,upon the payment by them of the !

any Court resulting therefrom shall expressly contain a valid
clause to the effect that so long as the Albert Packing Company
is owned and/or operated by any member or members of the present
Albert family,as it is now constituted,which includes all
children,grandchildren and sons-in-law,those owning and oper-
ating the said Company shall be permitted,without any charge,
to continue to dispose of all manure from the plant on this farm
in the same manner as it is now being done.

signed,being all the ..parties in interest,that the discrepancy
of twenty-five (25)shares of Stock of Albert Packing Company,
as between the number o~shares of said Stock bequeathed by the
decedent and the number of shares of said Stock actually owned
by the decedent at the time of her death,was occasioned by the

fact that Mary Albert in her lifetime,and after the date of her
Will,distributed to her husband,George Albert,one (1)share,
to her daughter,Matilda Weiss,twelve (12)shares,and to her
daughter,Bertha Bernardine,twelve (12)shares,of said Stock
of Albert Packing Company;that the said distribution during
decedent's lifetime and the bequest under paragraph 4 of her Will
were the result of a family arrangement concerning allocation of
the Stock of Albert Packing Company to various members of the
family;and to carry out the intention of the testatrix,it is
hereby agreed that said George Albert shall receive ninety-four
(94)shares,Matilda Weiss one hundred eighty and one-half (180~)
shares,and Bertha Bernardine one hundred eighty and one-half
(180~)shares,of said Stock of Albert Packing Company (now
Albert Farms,Inc.),in the distribution to be made in the Estate
of Mary Albert,deceased;further,that at .the time of the sale

of certain assets of Albert Packing Company to Dominic Bernardine,
et ux.,the name,"Albert Packing Company",was released to said
Dominic Bernardine,et ux.,and the original Albert Packing
Company became Albert Farms,Inc.,and the change was nothing more
than a change of name;and :further,that the Stock of Albert
Farms,Inc.,which decedent owned at the time of her death is the
same Stock as that bequeathed under the Will of said decedent and
referred to as the Stock of Albert Packing Company.
