AND INCLUDING CLAIM FOR THE WIDOW'S EXEMPTIO~.
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The petition of Mary L.Smith respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,WILBERT C.SMITH,who died on January 22,1968,
resided at385 Leonard Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner,whose address isJ85 Leonard Avenue,Washingto ,
Pennsylvania,is the surviving spouse and on the date of the decedent's death
formed a part of decedent's household.

4.The decedent died intestate and no Letters have been issued.
5.The said Wilbert C.Smith left him surviving the following persons:
Mary L.Smith,surviving spouse,~85 Leonard Avenue,Washington,
Pennsylvania;Doris Anne Grable,Daughter,255:9 Jefferson Avenue,
Washiggton,Pennsylvania;and James C.Smith,son,Linden Creek
Road,North Strabane Township,Canonsburg,Pennsylvania.
6.The per,son entitled to the family exemption is Mary L.Smith,
who is the surviving spouse and who was the only member of the decedent's
household at the time of the decedent's death.
7,The property of the decedent and the value of it was:

8.The petitioner has paid from her own funds for the ben~fit of the

9.The petitioner has no notice or knowledge of any unpaid claimants.
10.A schedule of assets ~nd deductions is being filed with the Register
of Wills and is being filed simultaneo-:lsly with the filing of this petition but
by reason of the claim of your petitioner for reimbursen:ent of expenses paid
and for the family exemption no tax is due.
11.The two (2)children of the decedent join in the petition and waive
notice of presentment.
12.WHEREFORE1 petitioner prays that the Court award to the petitioner
the above mentioned checking account No.355 1220 -l\Cellon National Bank
&Trust Company -Washington Office -Washingtonl Pennsylvania.
