foregoing Petition having been presented
sideration thereof,and upon motion of Greenlee,Richman,Derrico
&Posa,Counsel for the Estate,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the personal
property of HUBERT van ZANDT,deceased,set out in said Petition,
and being decedent's entire estate for administration purposes,
as follows:
180.729 shares of Steadman Science and Growth
Fund stock of the value of $1)267.00.
6 shares of Metromedia stock of the value of
$318.00.
The total valuation of the estate -$1)585.00.
be and is hereby awarded and set aside to Peggy V.Wilder,Robert
van Zandt and John van Zandt as co-owners in equal shares,without
notice and without issuance of Letters Testa~ntary,agreeably to
the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,-..
1949,P.L.512,as amended,a.nd the rules of this Court.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,Hubert van Zandt,of the city of Washington,
District of Columbia,being of sound mind,memory,and under-
standing,do hereby make,ordain,publish,and declare this
my last will and testament,hereby revoking and annulling all
wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
First,I order and direct that my executor,herein-
after named,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently can be done after my decease.
Second,I give,devise,and bequeath
(a)To my older son,J"ohn van Zandt,or hIs helr~f-ana assigns:
All personal property that was mine and now is in his
possession in Duluth,Minnesota,except as stipulated below.
All of my personal papers and miscellaneous personal
effects,except'as stipulated below~
(b)To my younger son,Robert van Zandt,or his heirs and assigns:
My Omega Gold and stainless steel wrist watch.
My golf equipment.
(c)To my daughter Peggy (Mrs.Tom V.Wilder)or h3r heirs
and assigns:
My green onyx clock.
Third,I hereby forgive,revoke,and cancel,all
indebtedness of any nature whatsoever that may be owing to me
by any of the aforenamed beneficiaries or by any member of
their families at the time of my decease.-
Fourth,the residue of all property,both real and
personal (including all securities held in my name)of which
I may die possessed,is to be divided into three equal parts
in such manner as my executor may determine,and delivered in
such equal parts to my three children as named above;that is
to say,John,Robert,and Peggy,or their heirs and assigns.
Fift~,I recommend to my executor that any sales or
purchases of securities involved,be handled by Stubner and
Company,60 Wall street,New York 5,New York.
Sixth and last,I make,constitute,and appoint my
son,John van Zandt,to be the sole executor of this,my last
will and te,stament,and direct that he shall not be required
to be bonded for surety.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,'I have hereunto subscribed-my
name and have affixed my seal,this fifth day of January,
in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred and fifty
