Decree and Schedule of Distribution of the Orphans'Court of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,dated October 25,1967,in the
Estate of John Plivelici at No.296 of 1967,A.A.Certificatior
of said Real estate was made by the Clerk of the Orphans'Court
to the Recorder of Washington County and same was duly recorded
in Deed Book 1268,page 787 on October 30,1967.
ALL those two certain lots of ground situate
in Centerville Borough,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,known or designated as being Lots No.7 and
8 in Denbeau Heights Plan of Lots,recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,in Plan Book Vol.4,Page 59.Being
bounded and described as follows:
On the North by Lot No.6 of said plan;on
the East by Lots No.J and K;on the South by
Denbeau Avenue;and on the West by Knob Street,
fronting eighty (80)feet on said Knob Street
and extending in an easterly direction at right
angles of even width one hundred (100)feet to
said Lots Number J.and K.
SUBJECT to all exceptions,reservations and
conditions as the same may appear in prior
recorded deeds in the chain of title.
BEING a part of the same tracts of land
(this parcel being designated as Tract No.1)
which were conveyed by deed of Margaret G.
Patterson,unmarried,to Mary Plivelici and
John Plivelici,her husband,datec August 14th,
1939,and recorded in the Recorder's Office of
the said County,in Deed Book Vol.631,page 138,
on August 15,1939.The said Mary Plivelici
died in 1952,wherei~and whereby full and com-
'plete title became vested in John Plivelici by
virtue of the Doctrine of Survivorship incident
to a tenancy by the entireties.
7.There is situate on the real estate awarded to saic
minor as above stated,a four (4)room house which is presently
being rented.
8.There is no legal guardian to collect the rents,
pay taxes,and generally maintain the premises above stated.
9.The petitioners p~opose that the Court appoint

ROSELLE MUCHISKO,who resides at R.D.#2,Brownsville,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,as guardian of the estate of Gary Crevda,
a minor.
10.The s~ggested guardian,Roselle Muchisko,is neither
executor,administrator,trustee,nor does the suggested guardian
,
have any interest to the estate of the above named minor,nor
has she any interes~adverse to that of the minor.
WHEREFORE:your petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to appoint ROSELLE MUCHISKO as guardian of the Estate of Gary
Crevda,a minor.
