undivided 1 /-1 4th interest in the Anton Zrims ek reat estate distributed to
Kathy Zrim sek ,a minor,by Decree of this Court dated June 28,1966,is
fair,..a"nd reasonable and for the best interest of the minor,Margaret Ofcharik
is authorized to execute,acknowledge and deliver a deed on behalf of the
aforesaid minor for the aforesaid undivided interest,to Ramsey W.Zrimsek
and Rosemarie Vatter Zrimsek,his wife,for the said consideration.

To the Honorable,the President Judge of the said Court:
AND NOW comes MARGARET OFCHARIK and respectfully
represents:
1.She is the mother of Kathy Zrimsek , a minor,born December 19
1951 and that both of them reside with your petitioner's present husband,
John Ofcharik ,in Washington County,Pennsylvania,with their mailing
address being R.D.2,Box 183 ,Monongahela,Pennsylvania.
2.Your Honorable Court by Decree dated June 28,1966 in the
Estate of Anton Zrimsek,deceased,at 322 of 1965 A.A.,awarded Kathy,
Zrimsek an interest,valued at $214.29 in the"real estate in the subject
estate.
3.Ramsey W.Zrimsek has obtained,by deed and by Decree of
your Honorable Court,13/14ths undivided interest in the said real estate,
thus leaving Kathy Zrimsek the owner of the other undivided 1/14th .

4.Your petitioner and her daughter desire permission of your
Honorable Court to convey the said undivided 1 /14th interest to Ramsey W.
Zrimsek and his wife for $214.29.
WHEREFORE,petitioner prays your Honorable Court to authorize
her to execute,acknowledge and deliver a deed to Ramsey W.Zrimsek
and Rosemarie Vatter Zrimsek,his wife,for this undivided 1/14th interest
held by Kathy Zrimsek,upon payment to your petitioner of the sum of $214.29
