The Petition of Sanford S.Finder respectfully represents:
l~Joan Elias Filby of the City of Washington,Penna.,
died November 3,1967,intestate,and Letters of Administration
on her estate were granted December 15,1967,to her husband,
Donald W.Filby,and Sanford S.Finder represented him and the
Estate as Attorney.
2.Donald W.Filby died May 27,1968,testate,and
appointed Pearl Day and Fern Hyatt,as Executrices of his Will
which bequeathed his entire estate to them.
3.Donald W.Filby,under the laws of the State of
Penna.,would be entitled to the entire'estate of Joan Elias
Filby after the payment of debts and expenses.Prior to his
death,Donald W.Filby,had filed no inventories,accounts or
other papers in the Estate of his wife,which consisted of one
piece of real estat~only,for which they paid $9250.in 1967.
4.Under these circumstances it would be advantageous
to both estates to have the Executors of the Donald W.Filby
Estate act as Administratrices of the Joan Elias Filby Estate,
and that they have one Attorney.The have engaged Adam L.Sanders
to act in this capacity.
WHEREFORE,showing as aforesaid,your Petitioner requests
permission of your Honorable Court to withdraw his appearance as
Attorney in the Joan Elias Filby Estate,he having been paid in
full,and that the Register of Wills of Washington County,Penna.,
be directed to mark the records accordingly.

The Petition of Pearl Day and Fern Hyatt,respectfully re-
presents:
1.That Joan Elias,a/kia,Joan Elias Filby,late of
North Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died
intestate on November 3,1966,and Letters of Administration
D.B.N.on her estate were granted to your Petitioners on July
2,1968,and Surety Bond filed in the amount of $7,000.00.
2.That Joan Elias Filby died seized of no personalty
and the following described real estate,valued at Nine Thousand
Five Hundred ($9,500.00)dollars,to-wit:
ALL those two (2)certain lots of ground in North
Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded and
described as follows:
First:BEGINNING at a point on the East side of
West Maiden Street Extension,which point is North 10°20'West
a distance of 52.2 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot previously
conveyed by Della Irene Hainer to Frank A.Krigline;thence from :
said point of beginning along said East side of West Maiden Street
Extension North 10°20'West 10 feet to a point;thence along the!
same North 0°49'West 50 feet to a point;thence by lands now or ,
formerly of Elmer J.Dicks et ux.,South 74°14'East 132.91 feet'
to a point;thence by the same South 33°30'West 63.70 feet to
a point;thence by the same North 74°14'West 95 feet to a point,:

CONVEYANCE of this lot of ground is to be

agreed to sell same,subject to approval of your Honorable COurt.
Three Hundred ($300.00)dollars,has been paid down by the buyers.
5.That attached hereto and made a part hereof is the
affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with the value of
real estate in the vicinity of the real estate proposed to be
sold,giving the fair value of the real estate herein described.
6.That your Petitioners have received no higher offers
for said real estate,and your Petitioners will be the sole
beneficiaries of the proceeds.Said sale was made by a real
estate agent.Said real estate is assessed at $2350.00,for 1968
COunty tax purposes.
7.That your Petitioners desire to complete the proposed I
sale and deliver a proper deed to the purchasers named in the salel

tWHEREFORE,your Petitioners pray your Honorable Court to
make an Order relative to Additional Bond in this matter (your
