TO:THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Michael Torhan,respectfully represe~ts:

1.That John Torhan died a resident of Charleroi,
-Washington County,Pennsylvania,on March 9,1964,testate.
2.Letters of Administration,C.T.A.,were granted by
the Register of Wills unto your Petitioner on May 26,1964 upon
the filing by your Petitioner of his Administrator1s Bond in ~he
sum of $1,000.00.See Will Book 98,Page 156.
3.The said decedent died seized of interests in the
following parcel of ground (sale of which has been negotiated::
(a)ALL that certain parcel of land situate in the
Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being the Northern one-half of Lot.
No.112 and the Southern one-half of Lot No.
113 in the McGowan,Allen and Colvin Plan of
Lots having an aggregate frontage of 50 feet
on the Eastern side of Crest Avenue and running
back with uniform width a distance of 130 feet,
more or less,to Lookout Avenue.
UPON which there is erected a two story frame
dwelling house.
BEING the same parcel conveyed to JOHN TORHAN
by deed of ANDREW RUSCHAK and PARASKA RUSCHAK,
his wife,dated April 22,1931,and recorded
in the said Recorder1s Office in Deed Book 578,
Page 427.
4.A sale has been negotiated with the Holy Trinity
Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church in the amount of $7,500.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner respectfully prays that your
Honourable Court determine if additional security is needed as
required under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,and
He will ever pray,etc.
