The Petition of Dorothy M.Nimal respectfully repres,ent :
1.Your Petitioner is the wife and Executrix of the
~.above~captioned decedent's estate.
2.Paul J.Nimal died on September 11,1957,a
resident of the Borough of McDonald,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
3.Said decedent died testate and his Will was
admi~ted to probate on October 1,1957,and Letters Testament8.ry
thereon were issued to your Petitioner,Dorothy M.Nimal,the
original of said Letters Testamentary being hereto attached and
marked Exhibit-"A"./
4.The following are the only items coming into the
estate of said decedent:

of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the prOVISIOns of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I,PAUL J.NIMAL,of the Borough of McDonald,Washington
Gounty,P~Imsylvariia,being of sound'and disposing mind,hereby re-
voking any and 'all Wills by me at any time previously made,do here-
by make this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and for.m following:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix or Executor,hereinafter ngmed,
to pay and satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my decease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:In the e vent that my wife,DOROTHY M.NIMAL,shall

bealive at the time of the probate of this,my Last Will and Testament,
I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and personal and
wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,to my wife,DOROTHY M.
NIMAL,absolutely,and in such case,I hereby nominate,constitute
and appoint my said wife,DOROTHY M.NIMAL,as Executrix of this,my
Last Will and Testament.
THIRD:In th~e vent the t my wife,DOROTHY M.NnVlAL,shall

Testament,I hereby give,d evise and bequeath all my e state,both
