Edna M.Kelley,if she is living at the time of my death.In the event
that my beloved wife dies during my life time I give,devise and bequeath,
all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate as aforesaid to my
Executor hereinafter named and instruct him to sell and convey the same
and divide the proceeds thereof equally among my children,namely:
Margaret E.Kelley,Joan L.Kelley and Sharon S.Kelley.
ITEM 3 -I nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved wife,Edna
M.Kelley,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the
event that my said wife,Edna M.Kelley,is not living at the time of my
death,'I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Rea P.Hartley of
Nor'th Main'-'St~et Extension,Washington,Pennsylvania,as Executor·of this
my Last Will and Testament.I hereby authorize my said Executrix or
.Executor as the case may be to sell any real estate which may at any time
form part of my est~te,fo~such prices,upon such terms,in such way and
manner as she or he may deem wise and to make goods deeds therefore to
the purchasers thereof,without any obligation on the part of the latter to
