The Petition of MAXIMILLAN SENKINC,respectfully represents:
1.That Antonia Senkinc,also known as Intonija Cenenk,late of 293 Wylie
Avenue,Strabane,Washington County,Pennsy~vania,died testate on June 6,1968.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her estate to Maximilian
Senkinc or Apministrator C.LA.,by the Register of Wills of this court on July 2,1968.
3.At the time of her death the only assets of the decedent consisted of the
following described property:
ALL the following described parcel or lot of ground situate
in North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being all of Lot No.293 and a part of Lot No.292 in a plan of
lots laid out by the Alexander Land Company of record in the
Recorder's Office of said Washington County in Plan Book No.3,
pages 18-19,said parcel or lot of ground being more particu larly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Wylie Avenue
at division Iine between Lots Nos.294 and 293 in said plan of
lots,thence in an easterly direction along the northerly line of
Wyl.ie'AYenu.e fifty feet to a point on line of lot heretofore sold
to John Telban;thence by line of lot sold to John Telban in a
northerly direction one hundred and fifty feet,more or less,to a
point on the southerly line of Alley C ten feet west of the Westerly
line of Lot No.291 in said plan of lots;thence along the southerly
line of Alley C in a Westerly direction seventy feet to a point on
fne division line between Lots Nos.294 and 293;thence along the
division line between Lots Nos.294 and 293 in a southerly direction
one hundred and fifty feet to Wylie Avenue,the place of BEGINNING.
4.Your petitioner has agreed to sell the above described property to Jennife-
P.Gallagher for the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND and no/IOO ($7,000.00)DOLLARS.
5.That this is the best and highest price your petitioner is able to obtain

therefor,and believes that the said Seven thousand and no/IOO ($7,000.00)dollars is a
fair and full price for the property.

may not accept any portion of the purchase price until this Court has made an order
either excusing him from entering additional security,or requiring additional security.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests that an order be made
setting the amount of additional bond,if any,which he must file before accepting the
purchase price in the above recited sale.

The Petition of MAXIMI LLiAN SENKINC,Administrator c .La.of the Estate

I 1.That Antonia Senkinc,also known as Intonija Cencnk,late of 293
iWylie Avenue,Strabane,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died testate an June 6,1968.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her estate to Maximillian
Senkinc,Administrator c.t.a.,by the Register of Wills of this Court on July 2,1968.
3.At the time of her death,the only assets of the decedent consisted of
reaI estate,to-wit:
ALL the following described parcel or lot of ground situate in North
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being all of
Lot No.293 and a part of Lot No.292 in a plan of lots laid out by
the Alexander Land Company of record in the Recorder·s Office of said
Washington County in Plan Book No.3,pages 18-19 and being more
specifically described of record in Deed Book Vol.490 page 505,
Wash ington County Records.
4.It was necessary to sell said real estate for the purpose of paying the
debts of the decedent.
5.The Petition of Administrator,C.LA.for Decree fixing Bond for Sale
of Real Estate was filed at No.63-68-906.
6.By the terms of the Last Wi II and Testament of the decedent,the a"foresai
as part of the residuary estate
real estate was devised to Sylvia Gallaghe(subject however,to the payment of certain
legacies enumerated in paragraph 2 of said Will,a copy of said Will is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
7.The said Sylvia Gallagher,residuary legatee of said Will,predeceased
the said decedent leaving to survive her as her heirs at law two daughters,namely:
9.That the real estate.has been sold for the purpose as stated above and
Jennifer P.Gallagher and Kathleen Ga'ilagher,a minor.
8.Another son,Frank J.Tomsic,also predeceased decedent leaving to
,survive him three minor children,namely:Ronnie Tomsic,Linda Tomsic and David Tomsic.

all of the heirs being of age and sui juris named in said Will have executed a Release of
Legacy so as to discharge the real estate aforesaid from the lien of their legacy and
Ihave agreed by execution of said Release of Legacy to look to the proceeds of the sale
of the said real estate and also other assets of the estate for satisfaction of their legacy.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court that an Order
be made to permit the execution of the Release of Legacy by Jean I.Tomsic,parent and
natural Guardian of Ronnie Tomsic,Linda Tomsic and David Tomsic,minors,and by
Raymond J.Gallagher,as parent and nataral Guardian of Kathleen Gallagher,a minor,
and confirming any such releases heretofore made.
