Dear Mr.Hana:
In preparing to distribute the assets of the above
entitled estate,it has come to my ..attention that the
$300 previously paid by the Administrator as a-part
payment on the Inheritance Tax was not taken into
consideration when the amount for distribution was
arrived at.It will,therefore,be necessary to amend
the scheduled distribution to show a $300 part payment
which 'wi11 reduce the $2,272.40 originally listed as
distributable by $300.The part payment was not noted
in the account which was filed in this account but was
indicated on the audit petition filed.
