my two daughters,Florence Randolph of Houston,Pee,and Emma Jean
SCott of Warren,Ohio,share end share,alike;provided,however,that
my daughter,~lorence Randolph,shall have the right to take as a
portion of bel'interest either Lot No~"36 or Lot No.39 in the Cummins
Plan of Lots situate 1n Chartiers Township~Wa'shington County,Pennsyl-
vania,on each of which lots is erected a dwelling house,ahe to have
