PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
to THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mary E.Sprowls respectfully represents:
1.She is the daughter of John E.Sprowls,who died
January 14,1968,intestate.
2.Decedent resided at the time of his death at 605
Addison Street,Washington,Penna.
3.That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has been made.
4.That decedent was survived by one child only,his
daughter,Mary E.Sprowls,who is past twenty-one (21)years or
age and unmarried,and is his sole heir at law.
5.That the estate of decedent consists entirely of the
check of Continental Casualty Company,payable to John E.Sprowls;

dated 6/13/1968,in the amount of $108.60,Number 7234120 (refund
on hospitalization)and the check of Pennsylvania Blue Shield,
'payable to J.E.Sprowls,dated 2/12/1968,in the amount of
$27.30,Number 0479086 (refund on hospitalization),total $135.90,

6.That your Petitioner has paid the funeral bill of thei

deceased,in the amount of $1251.60,to Brownlee Funeral Home,
Claysville,Penna.,and all other bills of.deceased.
7.That the total value of decedent's estate is less than
$2,500.00.
8.That your Petitioner resides at 605 Addison Street,
Washington,Penna.
9.That your Petitioner is entitled to reimbursement as

far as possible,for the funeral bill paid by her,in the amount
of $1251.60.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner,Mary E.Sprowls,respectrully
prays that the entire estate of the decedent as hereinbefore set
forth,be awarded to her under the Small Estates Act,as amended,.!
1956,Feb.23,p.L.1084,and set forth in p.S.20-320.202,and.
that this Decree shall be sufficient authority for the endorsement
by her of the decedents'names on said checks,plus her own,in
order to collect and receive payment of them.

is granted and it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that all of the

in the amount of $108.60,payable to John E.Sprowls,and check I

are awarded to Mary E.Sprowls,as partial reimbursment for the
funeral bill of the deceased paid by her.It is further Ordered
