Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:
I
I direct that all my property,both real and personal,
of which I may die seized or possessed,shall be sold by my Executor hereinafter
named,at either public or private sale,at such price or prices,to ,such person
lor persons,at such time or times,and upon such terms and conditions·as my
IIExecutor shall deem to the best interest of my estate,and when the whole of my
estate shall have been converted into,cash or money,as aforesaid,I order and
direct the same shall be distributed as follows:

unpaid as of the date of my death,on a certain loan on Account

burg,Pa.As the proceeds of this loan were paid out for the
use and benefit of my son,Anthony Bitz,'I feel that it,is only
fair and just that the unpaid balance should be deducted from
his share of the estate.
