PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND
DISCHARGE UNDER SECTION 731 OF FIDUCIARIES
ACT
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Gladys C.Marshall respectfully
represents:
1.That she is the duly qualified and acting
~dministratrix of the Estate of Minnie Florence Cole,deceased,
laving been duly appointed by the Register of Wills of Washington
'ounty,Pennsylvania,or.September 16,1964,her surety being
~he Ohio Casualty Insurance Company.
2.That the said Minnie Florence Cole died intestatE
an June 23,1964,as the result of injuries sustained in an auto-
mobile accident.
3.As will appear by reference to the proofs of
pUblication attached hereto as Exhibit "A",more than a year has
~~pired from the date of the first complete advertisement of the
~rant of letters of this estate.
4.That the only asset of the estate is the sum
b~One Thousand two hundred forty-nine and 04/100 ($1,249.04)
Dollars allocated thereto by Order of the Court of Common Pleas of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,dated April
at No.363 September Term,1964 A.D.
,1967,of record
5.That the only heirs of said decedent are
her parents,Jack Cole and Florence H.Cole of 5057 Truse Avenue,
Memphis,Tennessee.
6.That annexed hereto as Exhibit "B"is an account
showing petitioner's administration of said estate and the dis-
tribution heretofore made and suggesting proper distribution of
the undistributed balance of the estate.
7.That except for an unreimbursed balance of the
funeral bill paid by Jack Cole and Florence H.Cole and shown on
Exhibit "B",there are no unpaid claims against said estate of
IJwhich your petitioner has knowledge or.notice.
8.That the said Jack Cole and Florence H.Cole,
the only parties in interest,have joined in the prayer of this
rPetition.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable
~ourt under the provisions of Section 731 of the Fiduciaries Act
of 1949,as amended,to approve the distribution heretofore made
by your petitioner as shown in Exhibit "B",and to order distributi!>O
jf the balance to Jack Cole and Florence H.Cole as suggested
therein and to discharge your petitioner and The Ohio Casualty
Insurance Company,her surety,from future liability.

Fiduciaries Act having been presented to the Court,upon con-
sideration thereof and on motion of James C.McCreight,Esquire,
attorney for petitioner,the prayer thereof is granted and it is
hereby
ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
under the provisions of Section 731 of the Fiduciaries Act that
the distribution heretofore made by Gladys C.Marshall,Adminis-
tratrix of the Estate of Minnie Florence Cole,as shown in the
First and Final Account attached to the Petition as Exhibit "B",
be and it hereby is approved,and that the balance-of $217.10 be
distributed to Jack Cole and Florence E.Cole on account of
funeral expenses advanced by them,and that said Administratrix
and The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company be then discharged from
future liability in said estate.
