The undersigned,President of the FIRST METHODIST
CHURCH of McDONALD,acknowledges to have received of JOSEPH C.
RALSTON,Executor of the Estate of Walter Smith,Deceased,the
amount of ONE THOUSAND and No/100 ($1,000.00)DOLLARS in full
payment of the amount awarded the said FIRST METHODIST CHURCH of
McDONALD under a decree of the Orphans'Court of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,entered September 24,1968.
In comsideration thereof,the undersigned hereby
remises,releases,quitclaims and forever discharges the said
JOSEPH C.RALSTON,Executor,of and from all actions,accounts,
reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever arising out of the

situate in Robinson Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
held in kind and distributed as such at the appraised value of

Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,hereby re-
oking any and all Wills by me at any time previously made,do hereby
ake this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay and
satisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my de-
cease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand and No/IOO
($1,000.00)Dollars to the FIRST METHODIST CHURCH OF McDONALD,PENNSYL
VANIA.
THIRD:In the event that my sister,RUTH S.KENNEWEG,shall be
alive at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath the en-
tire balance of my estate to my said sister,RUTH S.KENNEWEG,abso-
lutely.
FOURTH:In the event that my sister,RUTH S.KENNillvEG,shall
not be alive at the time of my decease,I then give,devise and be-
queath the entire balance of my estate,both real and personal and
wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,to my brother-in-law,
J.FRED KENNEWEG,absolutely.
FIFTH:In the event that neither my sister,RUTH S.KENNEWEG,
nor my brother-in-law,J.FRED KENNEWEG,shall be alive at the time 0
