The appraisement of record contains but one item of property which is a parcel of real estate situate in the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,more specifically identified as 320 Wilson Avenue.The appraisement values the property in Mr.Connor's estate at a figure of $6,500.00,which it is now alleged is the full value of the property and only one-half (1/2)or $3,250.00 should have been incorporated on the appraisement. The description of the property as set forth on your appraisement clearly shows that it was registered in the joint names of the decedent and Bess B.Connors.The Deed conveying the property to the parties was dated December 6,1961,which fact is also clearly shown on your appraisement.
