PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
UNDER SECTION 211 OF THE FIDUCIARY'S ACT
OF APRIL 18,1949,P.L.512
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of MARY FIGURA respectfully represents:
1.Your petitioner ia the wife of JOHN FIGURA,SR.
alkla JOHN MATr FIGURA,decedent,said parties having been
married November 10,1924.
2.That the said JOHN FIGURA,SR.alkla JOHN MAn
FIGURA,died May 29,1968,intestate,survived by your petitioner,
his widow,and six children all of whom are adult and none of
whom were living in the family home at the death of their father.
3.The only items in the estate of said JOHN FIGURA,
SR.alkla JOHN MATr FIGURA were eight shares of Chrysler
Corporation stock (stock certificate number PSX 4993)having an
approximate total value o£l~llaOO·a~so~two shares 0t
Continental Oil Compania:~~I~~i:il~~!:~i;r:~l~~~,i~tto2;·t
having an approximate total value of $130.00;and a dividend
check from the Chrysler Corporation in the amount of $4.00,dated
June 1,1968,for a complete total valuation of $646.40.
4.That the marital relation was maintained between
your petitioner and the decedent,JOHN FIGURA,SR.alkla JOHN
MATr FIGURA,until the day of his death and there were no
minor children living in the home at the time of decedent's
death.

5.That all bills pertaining to the last illness and
death of said JOHN FIGURA,SR.a/k/a JOHN MAn FIGURA have been
paid by your petitioner,including the decedent's funeral bill.
6.That your petitioner is advised that under the
above-oamed family exemption provision of the Fiduciary Act of
1949 as amended,she will be entitled to a family exemption up to
and including the sum of $1,000.00,and does hereby make claim
for the said shares of stock and dividend check,whose present
net worth is $646.40.
Your petitioner tkerefore prays your HODorable Court
pursuant to said Section 211 of the Fiduciary's Act of April 18,
1949,P.L.512,as amended,to make an order awarding the a.aid
shares of stock and dividend eheck to her as above described.
