SETTLEMENT'OF AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN $2,500.00
To the Honorable,the Judge of said Court:
The Petition of Dorothy A.Craft,respectfully repre-
sents:
1.That your Petitioner,Dorothy A.Craft,is the
surviving wife of Elmer Craft,who died a resident of the City
of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,intestate,on
February 4,1968,leaVing to survive him as his only heirs at
law and the persons entitled to his Estate under the intestate
laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,your Petitioner,
Dorothy A.Craft,and a son,Elmer Craft,Jr.,of 9020 -Fourth
Avenue,Inglewood,California.
2.That on February 4,1968,the date of the death of
the said Elmer Craft,your Peiitioner and the Deceased were liv-
ing_together as husband and wife.
3.That the entire esta~e of Elmer Craft,deceased,
consists of one 1964 Dodge Sedan,Title Certificate of the Com-
monwealth of Pennsylvania No.A16197244.
4.That the value of the said 1964 Dodge Sedan is in
the sum of $700.00.Attached hereto are the Affidavits of two
competent persons certifying to the said value of the automobile.1
5.That no application for Letters of Administration
has been made,and therefore,no Letters of Administration have
been granted in the said Estate.
6.That there were no creditors of the Deceased at
the time of his death.
7.That the only creditor of the Estate of Elmer Craft,
deceased,was Quinn R.Banks,Funeral Director,of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,for funeral expenses in the sum
of $1,143.pQ,which said debt has been paid in full by your
Petitioner,and therefore,there are presently no person or per-
sons to whom ~he Estate is indebted.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner respectfully prays your
Honorable Court under authority of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949,as amended by the Legislature of the Commonwealth OJ
Pennsylvania,approved November 10,1959,under the provisions
of which said amendment the said provision was extended to incluce
Estates not over $2,500.00 in value,for an Order and Decree
awarding the said 1964 Dodge Sedan referred to in the within
Petition to your Petitioner,Dorothy A.Craft,to reimburse her
for a portion of the funeral expenses in the sum of $1,143.50,
costs and attorney's fee of the within Petition.

according to law,deposes and says that he has personal knowledge
of the 1964 Dodge Sedan,Title Certificate of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania No.A16197244,of which Elmer Craft died seized;that
he is familiar with the values of automobiles and that the fair
and reasonable market value thereof in his opinion is in the sum
of $700.00.

appearing to the Court that the entir tate of the above-named
Decedent consists of the following:One 1964 Dodge Sedan,Title
Certificate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania No.16197244,
and the fair market value thereof is less than $2,500.00,the
prayer thereof is hereby granted and the said motor vehicle is
hereby awarded to Dorothy A.Craft,to reimburse her for a portio
of the funeral expenses in the sum of $1,143.50,costs and at-
torney's fee of the within Petition,and the Pennsylvania Bureau
of Motor Vehicle Licensing is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the title to the above motor vehicle,upon the signature
of Dorothy A.Craft.
