reserved by Grover C.Hagerty when he cDnveyed the surface to Albert
p.Fullick by said deed.
2.The landowners interest (believed to be 1/8th)in the oil and gas and
mining rights and in oil ~nd gas rentals and royalties payable from
oil and gas leases in and covering ,116 acres of land known as the
Robert Hagerty Farm in Buffalo Township,Washington County,Penna.,as
said farm is more fully described in Deed .Book 484,page 188,Washington
COunty,Pa.,records,and other deeds.of record.The deceased conveyed
away the surface of this farm but reserved the oil,and gas rights.

ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare ·this·to be my Last Will·and
Testament;hereby revoking al~Wills,by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SF~COND:I give and bequeath to my wife,Helen Hagerty"
all of'my household goods and any money which I may have in the
'bank or on'my'person,at the time of my decease.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
to my wife,Helen Hagerty,for and during the period of her natural
lifetime and at her decease,I give,devise and bequeath all the
rest and residue of my,es~ate,real,personal or mixed,to my son,
Frank Hagerty and my daughter,Nell Foss,share and share alike.
