AND NOW,this ~day of June,1968,in consideration
of the annexed petition,Elma Hupp Barnhart,mother and natural
guardian of Linda Hupp,Marsha Hupp and Joyce Donaldson,minors,
is hereby authorized to sign the necessary deed to Joseph R.
Brodak and Delilah E.Brodak,his wife,to all the interest of
said three 'minors in and to ALL that certain tract of land
situate in Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a dead White Oak at corner common to lands
of C.L.Baker,A.C.Bane,and the tract herein described;
thence by land of said Bane,South 67°1011 East 884.5 feet to
a Stone;thence by same,South 52°15 11 East 1531.5 feet to an
iron stake below the Road;thence along said Road by other
lands of said John F.Wiley,North 21°15 11 East 738.3 feet to
a stake in drein;thence by same,North 3°East 480.8 feet to
a stake in center of the Road;thence by land of John Hupp,
North 64°15 11 Wes t 158.5 feet to a s take by the Run;thence by
the same,South 18 1/4°West 201.5 feet to a stone;thence by
same,North 59°West 749 feet to a stone;thence by same North
53°West 1389.5 feet to a post;thence by land of C.L~and DE.
Baker,South 19°45 11 West 1046.7 feet to the place of beginning.
Containing Forty-eight and six hundred and nine thousandths
acres (48.609)acc~rding to survey of S.S.Braden of October
17,1911.
And the said natural mother,Elma Hupp Barnhart,is
authorized to accept and receipt for the three minors propor-
tionate shares of the proceeds of the sale and use said proceeds
for the normal expenses of maintenance of said minors.

PETITION TO SELL REAL ESTATE OF MINORS
1.The Petitioner is Elma Hupp Barnhart,parent and
natural guardian for Linda Hupp,Marcia Hupp and Joyce Donaldson,
minors.
2.The minors were born as follows:
Linda Hupp,October 31,1950,age17.
Marcia Hupp,September 20,1955,age 12.
Joyce Donaldson,September 2,1948,age 19.
3.The interest of the minors in the real estate was
acquired as follows:
Adison Hupp was owner of an undivided one-third
interest (Deed Book ~page~)in and to the property
described in the agreement attached hereto (48.609 acres
in Amwell Township)when he died February 24,1959,
intestate,survived by his only heirs at law;Freda Hupp,
his widow and five (5)children to wit:Roy Hupp,
Virginia Durbin,Alvin Hupp,Herschel Hupp and Warren
Hupp.
The said Warren Hupp died intestate on December 15,
1959,survived by his only heirs at law;Elma Hupp,his
widow,and five (5)children to wit:Clifford Hupp;
Kenneth Hupp;Joyce Donaldson,a minor;Linda Hupp,a
minor;and Marcia Hupp,a 'minor.
4.The interest of each of the minors in the real
estate is 4.725.
5.The selling or market value of the real estate is
$2,200.00.(See appraisal attached.)Each minor's interest
would be approximately $20.00.
6.All other parties in interest have agreed to sell
said property to Joseph R.Brodak and Delilah E.Brodak,his
wife,subject to your Honorable Court's approval in behalf of
the three minors'interest.
7.It is to the best interest of the minors to sell
the real estate as it is not productive nor beneficial to the
minors as their interest is too small.
8.The Petitioner requests the court to authorize
the natural guardian,the petitioner herein,to join in the
deed for said property to the proposed buyers in accordance
with the agreement attached or to make any other appropriate
order to facilitate the sale of this real estate.

BERTHA HUPP,his wffe,FREDA HUFP,widow,ROY HUPP and DOROTHY
HUPP,his wife,VIRGINIA DURBIN and HERMAN DURBIN,her husband,
ALVIN HUPP and DORIS HUPP,his wife,HERSCHEL HUPP and WILMA
HUPP,his wife,EIMA HUPP BARNHART and PEA.R Y BARNHART,
her husband,CLIFFORD HUFP AND CARLA HUPP,his wife,KENNETH
HUPP and MARSHA HUFP,his wife,and JOYCE DONALDSON and GARY
DONALDSON,her.husband,and ELMA HUPP BARNHART,parent and

WITNESSETH,that for the.consideration hereinafter set forth
and intending to be legally bound th~Seller and Buyer mutually
agree as follows:
1.Seller agrees to sell and convey to buyer on or
before sixty (60)days by general warranty deed in fee simple
abaolute,clear of all mortgages,judgment liens and tax liens
and other encumberances affecting its marketability (except as
hereinafter set forth)all the real property described in
Paragraph 7 hereof.

2.Buyer agrees to purchase said real property arid to
pay Seller therefor the sum of TWENTY TIvO HUNDRED ($2,200)
DOLlARS.
3.Possession shall be given after closing.
4.At settlement Seller shall pay for or be charged
with the cost of all federal documentary taxes and state and
local realty transfer taxes payable upon this transaction,but
real estate taxes for year of settlement,sewer charges and
rents and royalties shall be prorated ona calendar year basis
between Seller and Buyer as of date of delivery of possession
of the premises.
5.From and after the date of this agreement,insurancE
shall be carried as presently in force until the date of the
closing,at which time the buyer shall place insurance on the
premises as he so desires.
6.Time is not of the essence of this Agreement.
7.The real property which is the subject of this
Agreement is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Amwell Town-
ship,Washington County',Pennsylvania,and bounded and
described as follows,to wit:

South 19°45"West 1046.7 feet to the place of beginning,
containing forty-eight and six hundred and nine thousandths
acres,(48.609)according to survey of S. S.Braden of October
17,1911.
BEING THE SAME conveyed to Adison Hupp,Mose Miles
Hupp,and John Hupp,Jr.by deed of Moses Miles by deed dated
May 3,1912,recorded in D.B.432 page 414.
The said John Hupp,Jr.and Mose Miles Hupp are
grantors herein but the said Adison Hupp died February 24,1959
intestate,and survived by his only heirs at law as follows:
Freda Hupp,his widow and five children as follows:Roy Hupp,
Virginia Durbin,Alvin Hupp,Herschel Hupp and Warren Hupp.The
said Warren Hupp died 1960,survived by his only
heirs at law,as follows:Elma Hupp,his widow,(now known as
Elma Hupp Barnhart)and five children:Clifford Hupp,Kenneth
Hupp,Joyce D8naldson,Linda Hupp,and Marsha Hupp.
Joyce Donaldson,Linda Hupp,and Marsha Hupp are all
minors and Elma Hupp Barnhart joins in this agreement (in
addition to her own right)as parent and natural guardian for
the aforesaid minors.

The sale contemplated by this agreement shall be
approved by the Orphan's Court of Washington County;otherwise
this agreement shall be null and void.
WITNESS the due execution hereof the day and year first
above written.
