Precision Products Company of Washington,Pennsylvania,
hereby files a claim in the amount of $107.33 as a result
of damage done to the claimants!property on November 10,1962.
Tm claim resulted when a car owned by the Decedent broke loose
from a parking space on West Chestnut Street in the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and drifted across
the Chestnut Street -Jefferson Avenue intersection into the
side of the claimanta~building.The impact of the collision
broke a plate glass window in claimants!bui~ding.A copy of
the statement for repairs is attached hereto and made a part
