marriage,Betty Lee Endler Casper),having attained the age of twenty-
one years,do hereby acknowledge that I have this day received of and
from Pittsburgh National Bank,my guardian duly appointed by the
Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Four Thousand
Nine Hundred Eighty-five and 29/100 ($4,985.29)Dollars,being the amount
awarded me at No.840 of 1968 of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have
or might have against my said guardian,and of all monies or property for
which it may be accountable,and I do,therefore,by these presents,remise,
release,quit-claim and forever discharge the said Pittsburgh National Bank,
and its successors,of and from the said guardianship,and of and from all
actions,suits,payments,reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever,for or
by reason thereof.
