KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,EMUEL HOLLIDAY,JR.,having
attained the age of twenty-one years,do hereby acknowledge that I have this
day received of and from Pittsburgh National Bank,my guardian,duly appointed
by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Four Thousand
Nine Hundred and Six and 45/100 ($4,906.45)Dollars,being the amount awarded me
at No.839 of 1968 of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in,
full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,against
my said guardian,and of all monies or property for which it may be accountable,
and I do,therefore,by these presents,remise,release,quit-claim and forever
discharge the said Pittsburgh National Bank,and its successors,of and from the
said guardianship,and of and from all actions,suits,payments,reckonings,
claims and demands whatsoever,for or by reason thereof.
