the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Floyd W.Shaw
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration ilt the expiration
of six months from th~date hereof,and to 'regard and comply with the provisions of the laws ~f this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I order and direct the payment of all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may ~~after my
decease.
ITEM 2.I give and bequeath to the Enon Baptist Church
of West Finley,P"a.,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars to be
used for paying the salary of its minister.
TTEM 3.T give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,both real and persona~,to my three children
in equal shares,namely,Floyd W.Shaw,Iva L.Rush,and EdithL.Hicks.
ITEM 4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Floyd W.Shaw,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I
hereby authorize my said Executor to sell and convey by proper instru-
ments of conveyance any and all real estate,or interest therein,of which
I may die seized.
