Petition as Exhibit "C".Said Will being made on August

6.I would further a&vise the Court that Mike Mazillo,
Nola's husband,predeceased her,and therefore,she

and an audit was approved.
Now as the Court will note,on Exhibit
tlAtI of the Petition,the only lot that was certified over
to the Recorder of Deeds after the audit was Lot Number
after,it was discovered that Mrs.Mazillo,at the time
of her death,owned not only Lot 6,but Lots 5 and 70
in Block Number 13 in the Williamstown Plan of Lots.
.,'Said Deed is marked Exhibit tiEl'in the Petition.
This ownership came about by a Deed dated April 19,
195b from Edmund Ugulini,Executor of the Last Will
and Testament of Giulio Bartoletti,who c~nveyed Lots
5,6 and 7·-,to Mike Mazillo and Nola Mazillo,his wife.
At that time,the audit which was called
for on September 22,1969,included only Lot Number Six
in the Williamstown Plan of Lots,~lock Number 13
in the Williamstown Plan of Lots in Clarksville.There-

J.Yablonski,that the deceased Nola Mazillo was the owner of
and in possession of other real estate at the time of her death.
4.By a deed dated April 19,1958,Edmund Ugulini,
Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Giulio Bartoletti,
deceased,late of East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,conveyed to Mike Mazillo and Nola Mazillo,his
wife,all those certain lots of ground situate in East Bethlehem
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known and designated

Number Thirteen (13)in the plan of lots known as the Williams-
town Plan of Lots more fully described in said deed recorded ln

Volume Number 1017,page 197.A true and correct copy of the
aforesaid deed is attached hereto,made part hereof,and marked
Exhibit "B".
5.Said Nola Mazillo was sole owner of the above-
mentioned property as described more fully in paragraph 4.
Pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Nola Mazillo,who
died on June 10,1968,'Frank Burkus and Mary Burkus,were devise
all of the property,both real and personal and more fully
described in said Will.A true and correct copy of the Last
Will and Testament of Nola Mazillo is attached hereto,made,part
hereof,and marked Exhibit "C".
6.That the aforesaid adjudication and schedule of
distribution of September 22,1969 whereby the following real
estate was certified to the Recorder of Washington County by
the Clerk of the Orphans'Court Division:
