Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania',being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon after my
decease as shall be convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate;real,
personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may
own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my husband,JOHN S.LIGHTHOLDER,if he shall survive me,
absolutely and in fee simple;but if my ~aid husband shall predecease me,then in
such event,I direct that my said estate shall be divided among my four children,
namely,DOROTHY DAGG,JEAN WHITEMAN,VIRGINIA COWAN and JOHN W.
LIGHTHOLDER,share and share alike.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,JOHN S.
LIGHTHOLDER,Executor of this my Last.Will and Testament,but if my said
husband shall predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and appoint the MELLON
NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.Should my said husband predecease me,and the Mellon National Bank
and Trust Company qualify as Executor of my estate,I direct that all real estate
