PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Rose Audia,by her attorney,John
Solomon,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Ben AUdia,who
died on May 11,1968,at Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl,'"
vania,a resident of 44 Buena Vista Street,Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,at the age of seventy-one (71)years,
leaving to survive him,his widow,Rose AUdia,and the following

named children:Theresa Frank,Mary Russo,Catherine Oliverio
and JeanYa'oni,all Sui Juris.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Rose Audia,widow,nor does she intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
3.That Ben Audia died seized of a Pittsburgh National
Bank Checking Account,Account No.83-4-788667,in the amount
of $108.69.
4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Pittsburgh National Bank Checking
Account,Account No.83-4-788667 $108.69
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement b~
confirmed and that said property be set apart to her as aforesaid.
AND she will ever pray.
