PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of JOHN W.BRADSHAW respectfully represents:

That the decedent,JOSEPH FRANK BRADSHAW,died intestate on
March 7,1968,a resident of 333 Washington Avenue,Charleroi.,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.

That no letters of administration were granted.

That the only heirs at law of your decedent are John W.
Bradshaw,a resident of West Pike Run Township;Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and William B.Bradshaw,a resident of Clairton,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania.
The consent of William B.Bradshaw to award the entire as~ets of the estate
unto John W.Bradshaw is attached hereto and made a part 'hereof.

The sole asset in the said estate is twenty-four (24)shares
of stock in the Beatrice Foods Co.,an Illinois corporation,which shares the
decedent owned at the time of his death,and the value thereof is sixty-three
and three-eighth (63 3/8)dollars per share and the total value is $1,521.12.

The funeral bill in this instance amounts m$1,120.80,which
your petitioner paid.

That your petitioner requests your Honorable Court to
direct distribution of said twenty-four (24)mares of stock in the Beatrice
Foods Co.to your petitioner as restitution and repayment by them for the.VINr
advancement of said funeral bill in accordance with the Act o~~~10,1959,
p.L.,1450,Section 1.

I,WILLIAM B.BRADSHAW,a resident of the Borough of Clairton,
Allegheny County,Pennsylvania;hereby assign,set over and transfer unto JOHN W
BRADSHAW all my right title and interest in and to the Estate of Joseph Frank
Bradshaw,which I have been advised consisted of twenty-four (24)shares of
stock in the Beatrice Foods Co.and request~your Honorable Court to award said
shares of stock unto my brother John W.Bradshaw.
