heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,bequeath and devise to my son and daughter,Samuel Robert Trozzo
'and Rosalie Trozzo Beckman,in equal shares,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby name,constitute and appoint my daughter,
