PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE.THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW.comes EUGENE PETRICCA.by his attorney.
EDWARD V.SCIAMANNA.ESQ••and petitions your Hmorable Court as
follows:
1.That your petitioner.Eugene Petricca,is the
Administrator of the estate of Guido Del Bino.deceased.who died on
October 25.1967.late resident of Smith Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That Letters of Administratim were granted to your
petitimer by the Register of Wills Office of Washington County.
Pennsylvania.on December 1,1967.
3.That the estate consists solely of cash in the amount
of $1,655.00 realized from the sale of a boat,trailer and insurance
funds.
4.That the decedent died intestate leaving to survive
him as his only heir a nephew,George Del Bino,of the Province of
Pistoia.Italy.
5.Since your petitioner has paid all of the debts and
claims against the decedent.there are no creditors.
6.The debts and claims which were paid by your
petitioner on behalf of the estate are as follows:

7.That a copy of the Letters of Administration issued to
your petitioner herein,is attached hereto,made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable
Ccurt,in pursuarce to the authority contained in the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,as amended,without filing an Inventory and Appraisement,to
direct distribution of all the assets of said estate to George Del Bino,
nephew of the decedent,of the Province of Pistoia.Italy;and,to dis-
charge the petitimer herein from the duties of his said appointment.

WHEREAS,the said Guido,Del Bino late of
Smith Township in the county aforesaid,lately died intestate
(as is affirmed),possessed of divers goods and chattels,rights and credits,within the said County,
JOSEPHINE M.DOUGLAS
by reason whereof the power of granting administration thereof doth belong to me;I therefore,confiding
in your fidelity,do by these presents grant unto you these LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION,here-
by committing unto you full power to administer the goods and chattels,rights and credits,which were
of said deceased within this Commonwealth,you having taken and subscribed the oath of office pre-
scribed by law;requiring you to well and truly administer the goods'and chattels,rights and credits,
which were of said deceased,and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's
office,at Washington,within ninety days,and to render a just and true account of your administration
at the expiration of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of
the laws relating to inheritance taxes.
