PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION.
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Viola Tedesco,respectfully represents:-
1.That on November 3 0 ,1967,Joe Tedesco,herein called
the decedent,died intestate domiciled at Fredericktown,Penna.
2.The petitioner is the surviving spouse of the decedent,
having been marri:ed1 to the decedent on February 23,1953
at Fredericktown,Pa.by John Toth,J.P.
3.The only asset,real and personal owned by the decedent
at the time of his death consisted 'of a 1955 Studebaker Sedan
bearing Certificate of TitleNo'~AI0802409;ManUfacturers No.
G1321635
4.The aforesaid 1955 Studeli:>aker,~Sedan has a value of approximate-
ly $50.00.
5.All expenses incidental to the burial of the decedent have
been paid.
6.Your petitioner claims the 1955 Studebaker Sedan as part of
her Family Exemption,under Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,showing as above,your petitioner prays your Honorable bou~
to award said 1955 Studebaker Sedan to Viola Tedesco,your petitioner,
and to direct the Department of Revenue of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania to transfer the registration of the Certificate of
title covering said automobile from Joe Tedesco to your petitioner.

attaching a copy of Short Form Certificate.
2.MINOR CHILDREN
I f any of the heirs have not attained the age of 21 years,
it is suggested that,(a)'Letters .of Administration be.,~aken
out by one of the heirs of le.galage and follow Ro.1,or;
(b)file a petition under the Act of April 18,1949 P.L.
512 Art.II section 202,20 Purdon's Statutes section 320.202
as amended,and have the person to whom the vehicle has been
distributed assign the Certificate of Title and attach a
certified copy of the petition•.Unless this action is taken,
Certificate of Title must be assigned by the guardian ap-
pointed by the Orphan's Court.Assigned Certificate of
Title must be accompanied by Certified Copy of Court Order,
showing appointment.
3.WIDOW'S EXEMPTION
Where a widow claims a vehicle as the whole or part of her
",Widow's Exempt ion''',she has the authority to ass ign the
Title to herself or to apyother person.Assignment is made
on the reverse side of the title and this must be accompanied
by Certified Copy of the Order of the Orphan's Court.

Notice that an enlisted person is missing in action will not...be considered proof of death.Heirs must·petrtion the Courts
to declare them owners.Assigned Certificate of Title must
be ac~~mpanied by Certified Copy of Court Order.
5.HUSBAND AND WIFE
When a Title is issued jointly,in the name of the husband
and wife,an Assignment of Certificate of Title is not ne-
cessary..Use Departmental Form No.RVT-14'.

the 1955 Studebaker Sedan,Manufacturer's No.G132l635,
Certificate of Title No.Al0802409,haVing a value of $50~OO,
as a part of her Family Exemption from the Estate of JOE
TEDESCO,deceased,and,further,the Department of Revenue,
Bureau of Motor Vehicles,Harrisburg,Pa.,is hereby authorized
to transfer the registration of the certificate of title for said
vehicle from Joel,Tedesco to Viola Tedesco.
