PETITION TO FIX ADDITIONAL SECURITY UNDER
SECTION 541 OF THE FIDUCIARIES'ACT OF 1949.p.L.512,AS AMENDED
TO THE HONORABLE p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Anna Varhola respectfully represents:
1.That she was duly appointed on November 8,1965 by the
Register of Wills of this County as Administratrix of the Estate of her
late father,Harry Tirpak,also known as Harry Tyrpak,who died a wido-
wer and intestate,on July 13,1960,a late resident of the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your Petitioner duly filed in the said Register of
Wills Office the Inventory and Appraisement disclosing as the only
item of asset the following described and improved real property,which
your Petitioner proposes to sell:
ALL those certain pieces or parcels of land lying between
Eighth and Ninth Streets in the McMahan Addition to the town
of Charleroi,(Now the Borough of Charleroi)Washington County,
State of Pennsylvania,and described as follows:Beginning at
a point on the East side of Meadow Avenue,on the North side '~
of Lot No.107;thence along the North side of Lot No.107,a
distance of One Hundred and Fourteen (ll~)feet more or less,in
an Easterly direction to a Twenty (20)foot wide alley.Thence
along the West side of said alley a distance of Fifty (SOl
feet in a Northerly direction;thence along the South side
of Lot No.110;a distance of One Hundred and Fourteen (114-)
feet,more or less,in a Westerly direction to Meadow Avenue.
Thence along the East side of Meadow Avenue,a distance of
Fifty (50)feet in a Southerly direction to the place of be-ginning.'
BEING Lots Numbers 108 and 109,as shown on the plan of McMahan
Addition to the town of Charleroi,duly recorded.
IMPROVED with frame dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which were conveyed to Harry Tyrpak
and Barase Tyrpak,his wife,by deed dated July 23,1917,from
William Mori,et ux.,and recorded July 25,1917,in the Re-
corder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania in Deed
Book Volume 4-4-4-,page 501.The said Barase Tyrpak,a/k/a
Pearl Tirpak,a/k/a Paraska Tirpak died on December 10,194-1,
a late resident of the Borough of Charleroi~Washington County,
Pennsylvania,whereupon her husband,the said Harry Tirpak,
a/k/a Harry Tyrpak became vested with the entire interest in
the foregoing described premises by reason of his survivorship
in a tenancy by the entireties.
That the decedent neither owned or had an interest in any other
real estate at the time of his death.
3.That attached hereto and made a part hereof,and marked
Exhibits TlATI and TlB TI are the affidavits of two responsible persons,
familiar with real estate values,giving the fair market value of
EIOiHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO!lOO ($8,500.00)DOLLARS on the above
described property proposed to be sold.
4-.That there was no personal estate of the decedent.
5.That at the time of the granting of letters,your Petitioner
filed her bond in the amount of $1,000.00 with United States Fide~ity &
Guaranty Company of Baltimore,Maryland,as corporate surety,said
bond bearing date of the __day of November,1965.
6.That your Petitioner has agreed in writing to sell at
private sale the foregoing described real property to nTHE MOST REVEREND
STEPHEN J.KOCISKO,D.D.,BISHOP OF BYZANTINE CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF PITTS fo
BURGH,AND HIS SUCCESSORS,DULY APPOINTED BY THE APOSTOLIC SEE OF ROME ,
IN TRUST FOR THE CONGREGATION OF THE HOLY GHOST BYZANTINE CATHOLIC
CHURCH,CHARLEROI,WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIATI,of the City of

are all sui juris.Each of these heirs at law are sons and daughters
of the within deceased and are seven in number,and of them,Mary Tirpa ,
daughter,and George Tirpak,son,have both died since the time of thei
father's death,and their interests are represented by their sister,
Anna Varhola,who is the duly qualified personal representative of the
Estate of each of these two deceased children.The consents of those
joining in the prayer of this Petition are attached hereto.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to fix th
amount of the additional security to be entered by yoUr Petitioner as a
prerequisite to her receiving any proceeds from the proposed sale of
said real property,such additional security to be a corporate bond
to be filed of record.
