Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has filed a notice of appraisement
in connection with the real estate of the above captioned estate
in the amount of $5,800.00..
Please note that Stella Navrotski,Administratrix C.T.A.,
pursuantw 72 P.S.Section 2485-101 has elected to protest the
appraisement for the following reasons.Initially it is asserted
that the appraisal is excessive in view of the deteriorated con-
dition of the home.It should also be noted that an independant
appraisal,dated November 7,1968,which is hereto attached,fixed
the value of said real estate at $8,000.00.Accordingly the ad-

1.Tillie C.Novak a/k/a Tillie Novak died a resident
of McDonald,Washington County,Pennsylvania on April 30,1967,
testate.
2.Letters of Administration,C.T.A.,were granted
by the Register of Wills unto your Petitioner on September 2S,
1967,upon the filing by your Petitioner of her Administrator's
Bond in the sum of Eight Thousand and no/lOa ($8,000.00)Dollars.

3.The said decedent died seized of interests in
the following parcels of ground (sales of which have been
negotiated):
(a)ALL those three certain lots of ground
situate in the Borough of McDonald,

Each lot fronts East Lincoln Avenue,2S feet
or a total of 7S feet.Lot numbered 187
extends back,preserving the same width for
a distance of 120 feet to Barr Street.Lots
188 and 189 extend back,preserving the same
width for a distance of 70 feet.
