5.That your petitioner knows of no unpaid creditors of the
decedent or any outstanding claims against his estate.
6.That your petitioner has noe nor does she intend to apply
for letters testamentary on decedent's estate since the only assets involved,
as set forth in this petition,do not exceed the value,at the time of his
death,of $2500.00.
7.That attached hereto is an affidavit of appraisement by
John Dougherty and Ronald Cheeseborough,Manager and Assistant Manager,
respectively,of the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,who are
familiar with the assets involved,and which appraisement sets forth that
't lYe'·,-.General Motors stock in question,as of May 6,1968,is valued
at $2028.00.
8.That your petitioner is the surviving spouse of decedent and
resided with him and was a member of his household at the time of his
death and,therefore,claims a family exemption in the sum of $1,000.00.
9.That your petitioner,in addition to the claim for family

exemption,paid the sum of $1425~70 to Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home and
desires to be reimbursed for said amount.A duplicate copy of said
statement marked "paid"is attached hereto.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court,
under and by virtue of authority vested in it by Section 202 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,to award the General Motors S:tock
Certificates numbered G522-975 and DL30-961 to her as partial reimburse-
ment for family exemption and the cost of the funeral "expenses per exhibit
attached.

revoke all Wills by me heretofore made.
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
FIRST:I give,devisE and bequeath to my daughter,Fern Turner,
of West Springfield,Pennsylvania,the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00).

SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Georgie Ginevan.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last Will
