its claim for welfare,'which claim is filed as a lien in the Court of Common
Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania at Number 393 May Term,1964.The
decedent's interest in said real estate being an undivided one-half thereof
as described in the Inventory•

The husband,Hubert Tucker,deserted his wife a number of years ago,
leaving her with her niece,the Accountant herein •.Attached hereto is a
paper signed by said husband at 'the time of his departure,evidencing hiS
act and acknowledging that he should not receive anything in the distribution
of the estate of his then wife.
After determination of the Transfer Inheritance Tax due,the balance,including
the real estate,should be awarded to the Accountant in accordance with the
Will of the decedent.

FIDUCIARY'S RECEIPT AND RELEASE
The undersigned,FRANCES L.SCOTT,acknowledges to have
received of PRANCES L.SCOTT,Executrix of the Estate of SARAH
TUCKER,Deceased,the residue of said Estate,including an
undivided one-half interest in real estate situate in the Borough
of McDonald,Washington County,Pennsylvania,held in kind and
distributed as such at the appraised value of THREE THOUSAND and
No/100 ($3,000.00)DOLLARS in full payment of the amount awarded
the said FRANCES L.SCOTT under a decree of the Orphans'Court
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,entered November 12,1968.
In consideration thereof,the undersigned hereby
remises,releases,quitclaims and forever discharges the said
FRANCES L.SCOTT,Executrix,of and from all actions,accounts,
reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever arising out of the
filing of the first and final account of said Executrix in the

THIS AGREEMENT,made this 28th day of October,1964,by and be-
tween HUBERT TUCKER,husband,and SARAH TUCKER,wife:
The parties hereto are lawfully joined as husband and wife but
due to circumstances the husband is unable,under the present con-
ditions,to provide support for his said wife;the husband there-
fore,in order to induce the niece of his wife,FRANCES SCOTT,to
care for his said wife,SARAH TUCKER,and to repair a home mutuall
owned by said SARAH TUCKER and said FRANCES SCOTT,does hereby
agree to and with his said wife,her heirs and assigns as follows:
Said husband,HUBERT TUCKER,does hereby remise,release,quit
claim and forever discharge his said wife,SARAH TUCKER,and the
estate of his said wife from any and every claim that he now has,
may hereafter have or can have at any time against his said wife,
SARAH TUCKER,in and to or against her said estate or any part
thereof either arising out of any former contracts,engagements,
liability of said wife,SARAH TUCKER,or by way of courtesy or
claim in the nature of courtesy,contracts,rights or under the
Intestate Laws or the right to take against said wife's Will in
any manner whatsoever.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between th
parties and there are no covenants,conditions,representations or
agreements of any nature whatsoever other than those herein con-
tained.
This agreement shall be binding between the parties hereto,
