The undersigned,JOSEPH ZAWACKI,acknowledges to have
received of JULIA KOLOCZYNSKI,Executrix of the Estate of AGATHA
ZAWACKI a/k/a AGNES ZAWACKI,Deceased,the specific devise of
real estate,he1d in kind and distributed as such at the appraised
value of $3,000.00 in full payment of the amount awarded the
said JOSEPH ZAWACKI under a decree of the Orphans'Court of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,entered September 24,1968.
tn consideration thereof,the undersigned hereby
remises,releases,quitclaims and forever discharges the said
JULIA KOLOCZYNSKI,Executrix,of and from all actions,accounts,
reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever arising out of the
filing of the first and final account of said Executrix in the
