The undersigned,MARIE SIMEK,acknowledges to have
received of RITA HIRSCHFELD,Administratrix of the Estate of
GERARD .1.BORDY,Deceased,the balance of said estate,including
cash and an undivided 1/2 interest in real estate sitaute in the
Village of Candor,Robinson Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,held in kind and distributed as such,for a total
value of SIX THOUSAND,SEVEN and 12/100 ($6,007.12)DOLLARS in
full payment of the amount awarded the said MARIE SIMEK under a
decree of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
entered October 31,1968.
In consideration thereof,the undersigned hereby
remises,releases,quitclaims and forever discharges the said
RITA HIRSCHFELD,Administratrix,of and from all actions,
accounts,reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever arising out
of the filing of the first and final account of said Administratr:l~
