FAMILY EXEMPTION AS ARE PROVIDED FOR IN 'SECTION 202
AND 211 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
That the Petition of Elida F.Feeney is as follows:
1.The decedent,William P.Feeney,resided at the'
time of his death in Fallowfield Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That the decedent and your petitioner,Elida F.
Feeney,were husband and wife and were living in a common house-
hold at the time of the decedent's death on June 8,1966.
3.That at the time of his death,the decedent was
the owner of a Postal Savings Account No.969,which consisted
of the following certificates of deposit:

6.That your petitioner,who is the surviving spouse
of the decedent and who is entitled to the Family Exemption under
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,does hereby make claim to the afore-
said certificates of deposit,plus any accrued interest owed on
the same.
7.That the Decedent,William P.Feeney,-a/k/a William
P.Feeney,Jr.,_died,survived by the following:

8.That the decedent died leaving a Will dated

This Will has not been probated due to the cost involved.A
verified copy of said Will is enclosed herewith as Schedule A.
9.Wherefore,your Petitioner respectfully prays your
Honorable Court to make an Order directing the Treasury Department
of the United States of America to pay to Elida F.Feeney,the

balance remaining in Account No.969 of the Postal Savings,
including ~he amounts set forth in the certificates of deposit,
plus any accrued interest,in satisfaction of her claim for the
Family Exemption as provided for in the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,
