PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF BONn
1 ..Jack Stokoe died a resident of Peters Townshipl Washington
CountYI Pennsylvania on April 30",19681 and his Will was probated on
May 281 1968 in Will Book 1051 page 576.
2.In Item II of such Will he devised all of his estate unto his wifel
Janet Stokoel as shown in the WillI a copy of which is attached hereto.
3.In Item VI of said Will he appointed Raymond Hubert Stokoe to
serve as Executor who as a consequence of his health renounced such
appointment.
4.Janet Stokoel widow of the decedentl was appointed Administratri
C.T.A.on May 29 1 1968 and on the same date she and the Aetna Casualty
&Surety Company executed their bond in the sum of Five Thousand and
no/100 ($51 000.00)Dollars to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
5.On August 151 1968 an appraisal was filed in said estate which
disclosed the estate to be insolvent and was so approved by the Common-
weal th of Pennsylvanial Department of Revenue.
6.All of the debts of the decedent have been paid and there are no
assets of the estate remaining to be distributed.

the bond of the Aetna Casualty &Surety Company.
