resident of 904 Chartiers Street,Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,died intestate on May 6,1968 and Letters of
Administration were issued to your Petitioner by the Register
of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania on May 17,1968.

An Inven~ory and Appraisement has been filed and the
total ~ue of the property shown thereon is $7,531.60.The
real estate in this was inventoried at $5,500.00 and is described
as follows:
ALL that certain lot of ground,together with the
buildings and improvem~nts erected thereon,situate in the
Seventh Ward of the City (formerly Borough)of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being known and designated as
the north one-half (20 feet)of Lot No.50,and the southern
one-fourth (10 feet)of Lot No.51 in the Plan of Lots known as
the B.M.Clark,et al.Addition to Washington,Pennsylvania,of

record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said
Washington County in Plan Book 1,Page 90,and being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
Said parcel of ground fronts thirty (30)feet on the
easterly side of Chartiers Street as shown in said plan of lots,
and extends back of that same uniform width to Meadow Alley,
and is bounded on the north by property now or formerly of
J.B.Lawton,formerly of B.W.Smith,and on the south by lot
now or formerly of B.W.Smith,and on the south by lot now or
formerly of Henry Behringer.
Upon the above described premises is erected a two-
story frame dwelling covered with aluminum siding.

Your petitioner has filed a bond with the Register of
wills through USF&G in the amount of $1,000.00

That your Petitioner has entered into an agreement
with Joseph Z.Brown,Jr.and Fletcher L.Brown,his wife for
the sale of the real estate:hereinaD:ove described for the agreed
price of $5,500.00,the purchase price to be paid in cash on
delivery of the deed.

There are no liens of record against this property
except a mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Greene County which has an approximate balance of $1,500.00.
The only expenses involved in the sale will be the normal ex-
penses involved in the sale of the real estate.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a decree providing for the entry of additional security
on account of the sale of the real estate described in the
petition and to authorize your petitioner to receive the proceeds
