NOW THEREFORE,it is ordered and decreed that Frank
Herent,Administrator is excused from entering additional
security relative to the conveyance of the twenty thousand
(20,000)square feet as described in the said deed of Septem-
ber 6,1960,and this order is effective,nunc pro tunc,as of
September 6,1960.....;;,

PETITION TO EXCUSE ADDITIONAL SECURITY
UNDER SECTION 541 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949
The petition of Dominic Angeletti and Columbia
Angeletti respectfully represents:
1.That decedent,Paul Galeska,Jr.,died a resident
of Washington County,Pennsylvariia on July 5,1958,intestate,
seized of twenty thousand (20,000)square feet in North Beth-
lehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.By deed dated September 6,1960 and of record in
J
Deed Book 1087,page 446 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of said county Frank Herent,Administrator of the estate of
decedent conveyed the said twenty thousand (20,000)square feet
to the parents of decedent,Paul Galeskaand Anna Galeska,his
wife.The consideration for the conveyance was Fifty ($50.00)
Dollars,said tract of land being at said time and st.i.l1.ts~~.u;nim-
proved.
3.By deed dated April ,1968 and recorded in
Deed Book 1"2.7 b ,page ~Ij'k,Paul Galeska,widower,conveyed to
petitioners thirty (30)acres,more or less in North Bet~lehem
Township,washington County,Pennsylvania,which thirty (30)
acres include the aforesaid unimproved twenty.thousand (20,000)
square feet.
4.Letters of Administration in the above estate
were issued to the aforesaid Frank Herent on July 11,1958 at
which time the Administrator filed bond of Twenty Thousand
($20,000.00)Dollars.When the said Administrator executed the
aforesaid deed of September 6,1960 he did not obtain an order
from your Honorable Court exeusing additional security.
5.The appraised value of the aforesaid twenty
thousand (20,000)square feet for Pennsylvania inheritance tax
purposes was Fifty ($50.00)Dollars.The only heirs of the
decedent were two (2)sons.
WHEREFORE,petitioners pray your Honorable Court,
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,to make an
order excusing the Administrator of said estate from entering
additional security,and to make said order,nunc pro tunc,ef-
fective September 6,1960.
