is a part of the Estate of Simon Blaine Riggle,deceased,

sylvania,being more particularly bounded and described

Bentleyville Road and on line between lands hereinafter

FIRST:I dipect my executrix hereinaftep named to pay allot
my just debts and expenses as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:Allot the rest residue and remainder ot my ppoperty,
real,personal,and mixed,I hereby give,devise,and bequeath unto my
wife,Hannah Ethel Riggle.In the event that my wife,Hannah 8thel
Riggle,and I should pepish in a oommon disa.ter,epidemic,OP calamity,
or it for any reason she does not survive me then in that event I give,
devise,and bequeath allot the residue and pemainder of my peoperty,
whether real,personal,or mixed to Edith Ackison and Ralph Ackison in
equal shares,.hare and share alike.
