estate or interest is given or limited by this my willI in any court of law or
equity,or otherwisel controvert the samel or dispute or call in question
the validity hereofl or.of any of the estates,limitations,powers,provisos,
or,dispositions hereby ~imited or given,or madel or herein contained,then
and in such case the estates,interests,limitati0l1s,etc.,so hereby limitedl,
etc ••to or in favor of sU'ch person or perSOilS so controverting my said will,
shall cease,determine,and be absolutely void to all intents and purposes
.whatsoever,as if such person or persons was or were naturally dead.And

legatee's legacy 'shall be reduced by the amount of such indebtedness.

McKAHAN,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
