with the amount receipted for.The original of each suchreceiptshallbesignedandsealedbytheRegisterofWillsandtransmittedtotheexecutororadministrator.whereupon it shall be a proper voucher in the settlement
of the estate.In no event shall the executor or adminis-trator be entitled to a credit in his account by theRegisterunlessthereceiptissosignedandsealedbytheRegisterofWills."
